Concordia Taste

Concordia Taste is an elegant restaurant located at Wyspa Słodowa 7 in Wrocław, part of the Concordia Design creative center. Housed in a building that blends a 19th-century tenement with modern architecture, designed by the renowned MVRDV studio, the interior combines an industrial feel with cozy greenery and abundant natural light. Chef Damian Bildzia crafts modern Polish cuisine using local ingredients. Signature dishes include crayfish pierogi, beef tartare, roasted celery, beef cheek, Kłodzko trout, oyster mushroom dumplings, and desserts like karpatka and apple pie. Each course is paired with a selected wine, and guests receive a culinary surprise from the chef. The restaurant is open Tuesday to Sunday from 12:00 to 21:00, until 23:00 on Fridays and Saturdays, closed on Mondays. Ideal for romantic dinners, gatherings with friends, or celebrating special occasions.
