Aqua Zdrój Wałbrzych

Aqua Zdrój is the largest tourist and leisure center in the Sudetes, located in Wałbrzych at the foot of Mount Chełmiec. It is a modern hub for active recreation, offering much more than a typical water park. The facility includes a complex of sports and recreational pools with a jacuzzi, slides, and a children's area. Sports enthusiasts can use a gym, exercise rooms, squash courts, and two training pitches. After exercise, visitors can relax in several types of saunas or enjoy wellness treatments. The on-site hotel, with a restaurant and conference room, can accommodate over 120 guests, and the sports and entertainment hall regularly hosts cultural events such as concerts and comedy shows. Aqua Zdrój also serves as an excellent base for exploring the region – nearby attractions include Książ Castle, the Palm House, Old Mine, the health resorts of Szczawno-Zdrój and Jedlina-Zdrój, Grodno Castle, the Cistercian abbey in Krzeszów, the Table Mountains, and the mysterious Riese complex in the Owl Mountains. The center is open daily from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and access is easy via National Road 35 and rail connections from Wrocław and other Lower Silesian cities.
