It is the first restaurant in Gdańsk's history to be awarded a Michelin star, led by renowned Catalan chef Paco Pérez, who has earned a total of five Michelin stars throughout his career. The venue specializes in modern Mediterranean cuisine with fusion elements, and the kitchen is headed by Antonio Arcieri, also a Michelin-starred chef. The restaurant offers exclusively tasting menus, including the extensive Utopia Menu (17 courses), the shorter Hall of Fame Menu, and the vegetarian Green Green Grass Menu. Each menu can be complemented with a wine pairing option, featuring carefully selected wines from an impressive cellar boasting 800 labels and over 3,000 bottles.
