L'Entre Villes

L'Entre Villes is an elegant restaurant located in a historic villa from 1903 in Sopot. For eight years, chef Sławomir Hahn has been at the helm, creating dishes inspired by European, French, and Mediterranean cuisines, based on fresh Polish products from trusted suppliers. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with a fine selection of wines. During the Easter season, it offers a classic Easter breakfast and special holiday dishes, such as fjord trout with chive purée and cauliflower, or rabbit loin in an herb crust with lemon dumplings.
