Volla Bar & Restaurant

Volla Bar & Restaurant is a new restaurant in Warsaw, located in the Leonardo Royal Hotel at 45 Grzybowska Street in the Wola district. It combines modern Levantine cuisine with traditional Polish dishes, offering guests a culinary journey through the flavors of the Middle East and Poland. The menu includes hummus, baba ghanoush, olives, and hot pita with feta, as well as żurek (sour rye soup), herring, pierogi in five flavors, and roast duck. Head chef Mariusz Szymczyk emphasizes sharing dishes (foodsharing), perfect for groups and families. The restaurant also serves breakfast for hotel guests. The interior, designed by Andreas Neudahm, blends elegance with coziness – light colors, velvet, linen, stone, and wood, with glass walls offering views of Wola. The venue is air-conditioned, wheelchair accessible, has a terrace, full bar, wifi, and a kids' menu. Open daily from 7:00 AM (weekends from 8:00 AM) to 10:00 PM (Fridays and Saturdays until 11:00 PM).
